Physical Carte Bleue / Ciné-Card

 

Theft / loss

If the physical former customer card (Carte Bleue or Ciné-Card) is lost or stolen, the helpdesk must be contacted by email (helpdesk-cinema@blue.ch).

 

Credit

The “Top up” function was discontinued on September 23, 2020. Existing balances on the physical Carte Bleue or Ciné-Card can still be used for payment.

 

Personalize / add to the account

Carte Bleue or Ciné-Card not stored in the customer account must be converted into a blue Cinema Club subscription by the helpdesk (helpdesk-cinema@blue.ch).
