Pantalla Latina 2025

For our 17th edition, the Pantalla team has curated an exciting programme featuring 15 feature films and 14 short films from across Latin America. This year’s focus is on Argentina – a country whose cinema is shaped like no other by music, passion, and history.

The selected works range from the rhythms of tango to intimate family stories, all the way to films addressing political crises and defining moments of Argentina’s past. The programme offers a window into a society that, despite recurring political and economic upheavals, continues to unleash remarkable creative energy.

Look forward to powerful emotions, striking imagery, and engaging discussions with directors. The festival experience is rounded off with Argentine specialities at the Pantalla Bar and music that brings the spirit of Argentina directly into the cinema.
