Terms of participation

Participation is open to natural persons who are resident in Switzerland and have reached the age of 18. Only one entry per person is permitted in the competition. Employees and their relatives of the Swisscom Group, the blue Entertainment Group, Entertainment Programm AG and all partners associated with the competition are excluded from participation. blue Entertainment AG reserves the right to exclude participants from the competition without giving reasons. The winners will be notified in writing or by telephone and agree to their names being mentioned in connection with the competition in publications and on websites of the blue Entertainment Group. By participating, the participant agrees that his/her personal data may be stored, processed and used for advertising and marketing purposes of the blue Entertainment group. blue Entertainment AG undertakes to treat the data obtained in connection with the implementation of the competition with care and to manage it in accordance with the statutory data protection provisions. No correspondence will be entered into about the competition. The legal process is excluded. Cash payment or exchange of the competition prizes is not possible.

An economy class return flight for two persons from Zurich or Geneva to New York is being offered as a prize. Travel dates are flexible. The trip must be redeemed by the end of 2026, subject to availability. The booking must be made at least 2 months before the travel date. The following travel dates cannot be claimed: Easter, Christmas, New Year and general school vacations as well as US holidays such as Memorial Day and Thanksgiving. The trip cannot be rebooked, transferred or paid out in cash. If the trip has to be postponed, canceled or terminated prematurely due to force majeure (e.g. natural events), there is no entitlement to compensation. The winner or the person accompanying them must be at least 21 years old. The winner and the person accompanying them must have a valid credit card, a valid biometric passport and an electronic entry permit for the USA (https://esta.cbp.dhs.gov/esta/). The ESTA application must be submitted at least 72 hours prior to departure. The winner must have access to a personal e-mail account. Employees and their relatives of all participating companies are excluded from the competition. No correspondence will be entered into and there is no legal recourse.
