The account can be deleted under My Account – Settings – Delete Account.
The personal information can be changed after logging in under My Account – Personal Information.
The account cannot be transferred according to the terms and conditions.
In case of violation we will block your account.
The password can be changed at any time after logging in under My Account – Change Password.
You can reset your password during the login process.
Klick on login – forgot password and enter your email address. We’ll send you an email to reset your password.
A payment method can be added during the ticket purchase. To change and delete it, go to My Account – Payment methods.
For security reasons, we only accept credit cards from Swiss credit card issuers.
To purchase tickets via the website or the app, you need a blue Cinema account. All accepted payment methods can be found in our FAQ’s.
You cannot purchase tickets online as a guest. Please register for a blue Cinema account. You can buy a ticket at the box office at any time without registration.

Purchased tickets will be sent as a PDF to the registered email address (please also check the SPAM folder).

A blue Cinema account is required for purchase, reservations are only possible with a valid blue Cinema Club subscription.
We recommend to check the seating plan of the cinema before booking or contact us for more information. Please note that not all cinemas are wheelchair accessible.
The purchased tickets are available after login under My Account – Ticket Purchases.
Tickets can be forwarded once to a recipient as a PDF or assigned to the wallet/passbook.
The ticket can be added to the wallet.
For the entrance, you can show the ticket in a print version or the digital version in your app or wallet.
If the correct e-mail address has been entered and you have not received an order confirmation by e-mail (also in the SPAM folder), the ticket purchase was not successful. The purchase amount of the tickets will not be charged or credited to your account within a few hours.

You can find your reserved tickets in your account under Reservations. You can buy the reserved tickets here. Please note that reserved tickets do not entitle you to enter the cinema. This is only possible with purchased tickets. Please release unused and reserved tickets via the cancellation function as soon as possible.
Online tickets can be reserved with a blue Cinema account.

The new movie program for the upcoming cinema week (Thursday to Wednesday) is always published on Monday. Tickets for these screenings are available on Monday from 18:00 onwards here[link cinema page], in the app and in all blue Cinema cinemas.
The applicable age ratings are displayed for each film.
When you buy tickets online, the price of the tickets will also be displayed in your account.
Our newsletter keeps you up-to-date about our program, new movies, promotions and offers.

Purchased gift cards can be found in your account under Gift Cards.
You have two options to use your gift card.
Gift cards can be used to purchase tickets at the box office, online at bluecinema.ch and in the blue Cinema app.
In the cinemas, they can also be used to purchase refreshments.
The gift cards are valid for 10 years from the date of issue.
Gift cards will not be replaced in case of loss, theft or damage.
The vouchers in your account are benefits that you have earned through purchase or that you have received as part of a promotion from blue Cinema.

As a member of the blue Cinema Club you benefit from discounted cinema tickets, 1.5x Rewards Points and your ticket reservation is valid until 20 minutes before the start. Plus you get discounts on the kiosk assortment, bowling, billiard games and consumption in the sports bars.
To become a member of the blue Cinema Club, you need a blue Cinema account. After registration, the blue Cinema Club annual membership can be purchased online, in the blue Cinema App or at the box office.
The subscription fee for the blue Cinema Club costs CHF 19.90 per year.
No, you don’t get a physical card. The blue Cinema Club is available online and in the blue Cinema app. For identification in the cinema, sports bar or bowling you need the blue Cinema app with your personal Club QR code. You can find the QR code in the app under Account.
You can find the blue Cinema Club QR code in your account under Club & Rewards. You have to show the QR code at the box office, for example, if you want to buy discounted cinema tickets.
At many blue Cinema events you can benefit from special offers, discounts and much more. You don’t wanna miss it? Subscribe to our newsletter and you will always be up to date.
If you have transferred credits from previous points programs, you can find it in your account under Gift Cards. You can redeem the credit at any time when purchasing tickets and much more.
If you had convertible Priority points, you will now find them as Rewards points in your account. The value of the points remains the same and the new Reward Points are valid for 12 months.
When purchasing cinema tickets online or in the blue Cinema app, the prices are reduced directly in the shopping cart if you have an existing blue Cinema Club membership.
You can also add a blue Cinema Club membership at any time when purchasing tickets in the app and conclude it together with the ticket purchase. The prices are then automatically reduced directly in the app.
Rewards is blue Cinema’s points program. You can collect points automatically with every purchase of cinema tickets or kiosk items and redeem them in the form of attractive rewards.
The Reward points replace the Priority points.
For every 1 CHF you pay, you get 1 Reward Point.
Reward points are awarded for every purchase of cinema tickets or kiosk items online, in the blue Cinema App (only for cinema tickets) or at the cinema box office.
Points are credited automatically online. At the box office, simply present your Rewards QR code in the app and you will receive the corresponding points for your purchase.
You can check the balance of your Rewards points in your account under Club & Rewards.
The points are valid for 1 year from the date of issue.
The collected Rewards points can be exchanged for vouchers online in the Rewards shop or you can use the points to pay directly at the box office. The vouchers can then be used to change for refreshments at the kiosk or in the store.
The vouchers you receive after exchanging points are stored in your account under Vouchers. They are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
Vouchers for kiosk items can be redeemed at any blue Cinema theater at the kiosk or in the store. Vouchers for cinema tickets can be used online, in the blue Cinema app or at the box office.
4DX lets you experience the blockbuster’s Special Effects first hand and with all five senses. The technology allows you to feel storms, smoky explosions, battle scenes, chases, moguls or fragrant flowering meadows in an unprecedented intensity as if you were in midst of the action.
Warning: Access to the 4DX cinema is not permitted for children under 6 years of age or under 100 cm of height. Children up to 8 years of age or under 120 cm tall must be accompanied by an adult.
Our Premium Seats offer includes snacks and drinks andsuper comfortable seats. Enjoy a cinema experience for two with additional legroom and a better view in selected blue Cinema theaters.
Premium seats are not available as a single seat. A minimum of 2 tickets must be purchased.

You can make a reservation online at any time. For more information about bowling, how much time you should plan for it, how many players per lane are allowed, etc.
A bowling reservation can be canceled by phone up to 2 hours before the start of the game.
We offer various snacks (hot & cold).
Bring your kids! Our bowling lanes can be specially adjusted for children. Please inform us at the time of reservation or at the cash desk that the bowling alley will be used by children.

If you have forgotten or lost an item in the cinema, the easiest and fastest way is to go back to the cinema and contact the box office with your request.
Bringing dogs and other pets is prohibited according to our house regulations. Unfortunately, we cannot make any exceptions.
Assistance dogs are of course welcome.
